SEATTLE WA Erin Comer of Spokane came to my home today to take a personal Doodle Quilting class. After sketching some curved doodles, she scaled up one of her designs onto a square of freezer paper. Next Erin made pattern pieces onto which she added registration marks and seam allowances.
It took all day to sew a five-piece block with perfectly curved seams. To make sure she remembers everything she learned today, Erin promised that she would make another block or two next weekend. If she sends a photo, I’ll be sure to post it here.
